Are these genuine, natural pearls?
Yes — every pearl we sell is 100% genuine. No imitations, no shell pearls. We source directly from pearl farms in the South Sea, Tahiti, and Akoya regions, and each order includes a Certificate of Authenticity documenting the origin and quality grade.
What does the AAA or AA quality grade mean?
AAA is our top grade: near-perfect luster, smooth surface, excellent roundness. AA is high-quality with minor natural imperfections invisible to the eye. Both grades are exceptional — AAA is simply the finest available. The grade is noted on your Certificate of Authenticity.
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide from Spain. Standard shipping (free on orders $150+, otherwise $18) typically takes 7–14 business days. FedEx Premium ($38, free on orders $600+) arrives in 3–5 business days with full tracking and insurance.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on all orders. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free return. Items must be in original condition with the certificate included.
How do I care for my pearls?
Pearls are organic gems that require gentle care. Apply perfume and cosmetics before putting on your pearls. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Store flat in a soft pouch, away from other jewellery. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, harsh chemicals, and prolonged exposure to water.
